About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in an improvement squad focused on commercial and logistics processes supported by SAP SD
Gather and analyze requirements with business stakeholders
Prepare functional specifications for solution development
Configure and parameterize processes in the SAP SD module
Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with users
Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions aligned with business needs
Collaborate with technical and functional teams and key users to ensure delivery of requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a SAP SD Functional Consultant
Knowledge of processes: Sales (Sales Order Management), Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Returns and Credits
Experience in requirements gathering and addressing business requests
Experience in improvement projects, support/maintenance, or SAP AMS (Application Management Services)
Experience preparing functional specifications and monitoring developments
Experience in functional testing and solution validation (UAT)
