About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve architectures for solutions based on LLMs and intelligent agents
Lead the design and implementation of multi-agent systems, workflows and chains
Establish patterns for: agent orchestration, context and memory management, tool integration, and connection to enterprise data sources and legacy systems
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical architectures
Define and implement AI engineering best practices, including: guardrails and security, fallback strategies, observability and monitoring, and human-in-the-loop processes
Evaluate, select and implement the most appropriate frameworks and technologies
Serve as a technical reference, supporting and mentoring the internal team
Ensure quality, governance and standardization of delivered solutions
Support the continuous evolution of the technology stack and development processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience architecting and implementing LLM-based solutions in enterprise environments
Proficiency in agent systems, workflows, chains and/or multi-agent architectures
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Agno or equivalents
Advanced knowledge of agent orchestration, memory and context management, and advanced prompt engineering
Experience integrating with APIs and enterprise systems
Experience integrating AI with corporate data stores (RAG, vector databases, etc.)
Experience defining AI security and governance, implementing guardrails and risk mitigation, and establishing observability (logs, tracing, metrics)
Experience with cloud environments and modern architectures (microservices, APIs)
