About the role
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with clients
- Map and design business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE)
- Support the definition of SAP data migration strategies
- Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the migration
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to implement solutions
- Support testing, validations, and user acceptance
- Prepare functional documentation and executive reports
- Analyze the organization, its processes, and systems, identifying improvement opportunities
- Assess the business model and its integration with technological solutions
- Elicit and document requirements from stakeholders
- Map the current state (AS-IS) and define the future state (TO-BE)
- Propose business solutions aligned with client needs
- Act consultatively and independently, developing expertise as a subject-matter expert (SME)
- Actively participate in strategic meetings and discussions with multidisciplinary teams
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities during the project lifecycle
- Contribute solutions to challenges related to business and technology
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Data Migration
- Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis
- Knowledge of mapping and designing business processes
- Ability to work autonomously and in a consultative manner
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
