About the role

  • Provide support and enhancements for SAP OpenText VIM solutions in a production environment (DevOps model)
  • Ensure operational continuity and support for international operations (USA)
  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents and issues related to invoice processing
  • Drive continuous improvement of the solution by proposing optimizations and automations
  • Contribute to solution design and evolution of the VIM environment
  • Configure and adjust invoice approval workflows according to business rules
  • Work on integrations with multiple invoice input channels (OCR, email, manual upload, IDocs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, BASIS, integrations, etc.)
  • Support testing, validations and continuous deployments (DevOps pipeline)
  • Interact with global stakeholders to ensure technical and functional alignment

Requirements

  • Strong experience with SAP OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
  • Proven experience in end-to-end projects, working in ECC and S/4HANA environments
  • Hands-on experience with BCC (Business Center Capture) and/or Invoice Extraction Service (IES)
  • Experience with multiple invoice input channels (OCR, email, manual upload, IDocs)
  • Strong experience in configuring and managing approval workflows
  • Knowledge of Chart of Accounts (CoA) and expense types
  • Expertise in automatic derivation of invoice attributes (G/L accounts, cost centers, etc.)
  • Experience processing PO invoices, Non-PO invoices and down payments
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end accounts payable processes integrated with VIM
  • Ability to work independently to analyze and resolve problems
  • Experience in support environments and working in a DevOps model
  • Experience with DRC integration and e-Invoicing (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
