About the role

  • Perform analysis, configuration and support of the billing (BIL) module in SAP Utilities
  • Ensure correct processing of billing and reading cycles
  • Elicit and document requirements with business areas
  • Identify and propose improvements to billing processes
  • Support functional testing (unit and integration)
  • Analyze and resolve incidents and problems
  • Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP) and other stakeholders
  • Document processes and solutions

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP Utilities (IS-U), with focus on billing (BIL)
  • Intermediate knowledge of BIL (Billing)
  • Experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering
  • Experience with functional testing
  • Knowledge of billing processes for utilities (electricity, water, or gas)
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
