About the role

  • Participate in global SAP S/4HANA PM rollout projects, following global templates.
  • Gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between the global template and local needs.
  • Specify and document functional configurations for execution by the global team.
  • Configure and support plant maintenance (PM) processes, including:
  • Master data management
  • Organizational structures
  • Maintenance planning
  • Corrective, preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance
  • Support data migration activities, including data validation and cleansing.
  • Perform maintenance master data cleanup and ensure data quality.
  • Support functional testing (SIT and UAT) and process validation.
  • Provide incident resolution and functional troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with project standards and governance.
  • Use change control and management tools such as Jira and SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and system usage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA PM (Plant Maintenance).
  • Strong knowledge of plant maintenance processes, including master data and organizational structures.
  • Experience with maintenance planning.
  • Experience with corrective, preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance.
  • Experience in global rollout projects using a corporate template.
  • Experience in functional analysis and configuration documentation.
  • Experience with data migration and master data cleansing.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently while interacting with global teams.
  • Experience with SIT and UAT testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM).
