About the role

  • Perform requirements gathering, analysis and documentation of business requirements with the functional areas
  • Ensure alignment of local requirements with the project's Global Template
  • Conduct gap analysis between current processes and the defined global model
  • Prepare functional documentation and support the definition of system solutions
  • Support harmonization between global processes and local specificities, with a focus on Brazil localization
  • Contribute to the design and improvement of processes within the Order-to-Cash flow
  • Support functional testing and validation of solutions with the business areas

Requirements

  • Experience with the SAP S/4HANA module – SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
  • Experience in Greenfield implementation projects
  • Experience in global rollouts and adapting a Global Template
  • Experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements
  • Experience in gap analysis and functional documentation
  • Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
  • Knowledge of Brazil localization specifics in the SAP context
