  • Identify, analyze, and document detailed business requirements

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Business Process Design
  • Experience in User Research
  • Knowledge of Functional Design
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP for the utilities sector
  • Solid experience in the Field Service (Work Management) module
