About the role

  • Act in support and evolution of the SAP HCM Time Management module
  • Analyze and correct incidents related to work schedules and time tracking
  • Perform configurations and adjustments according to business rules
  • Ensure correct integration with payroll and other modules
  • Support testing, user acceptance, and production releases
  • Prepare functional documentation and guide key users

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
  • Strong knowledge in Time Management (TM), including: configuration of schemas and time rules
  • Management of work schedules, overtime, absences, and time accounts (time banks)
  • Integration with Payroll
  • Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
  • Experience in user support, incident analysis, and evolutionary improvements
  • Ability to gather requirements and produce functional documentation
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience with eSocial
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Tracking
  • Experience in implementation or rollout projects
