About the role

  • Implement and support SAP VIM in global environments
  • Provide AMS (Application Management Services) support for SAP VIM
  • Analyze, resolve and prevent incidents and problems
  • Participate in continuous improvements, enhancements and optimizations of VIM
  • Work collaboratively with Development and DevOps teams
  • Support SAP VIM rollout processes for new companies/countries
  • Perform technical and functional analyses of Accounts Payable (AP) processes
  • Support VIM integration activities with other SAP modules
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, governance and global best practices
  • Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation
  • Operate in 24x5 coverage environments, following defined shift schedules

Requirements

  • Strong experience with SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
  • Experience in global projects or multinational environments
  • Experience with implementation, rollout and AMS support of SAP VIM
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes in SAP
  • Experience integrating SAP VIM with other SAP modules
  • Ability to operate in critical, high-availability environments
  • Advanced or fluent English for communication with international teams
