About the role

  • Support the management of SAP programs and projects (S/4HANA, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, AMS, etc.)
  • Implement and maintain PMO governance processes, controls, and standards for SAP
  • Monitor and consolidate project status, metrics (KPIs), risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Control schedules, scope, budget and costs (budget vs. forecast vs. actual)
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
  • Support Project Managers in applying methodologies and management best practices
  • Ensure adherence to defined methodologies (PMI, Agile, Hybrid, SAP Activate)
  • Serve as the interface between business areas, IT, vendors, and SAP consulting firms
  • Support change management, communications, and the organization of executive committees and forums

Requirements

  • Solid experience in PMO for SAP projects
  • Experience in digital transformation projects or global rollouts
  • Prior experience at SAP consultancies or with SAP partner firms
  • Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Experience in project controls: schedules, costs, resources, and risks
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, hybrid)
  • Advanced Excel and management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI or similar)
  • Ability to operate in complex, multi-vendor environments
