About the role
- Develop, maintain and integrate APIs using REST Scripted APIs in ServiceNow.
- Consume external and internal APIs through scripting on the platform.
- Create and maintain Script Includes, Client Scripts and Business Rules, ensuring development best practices.
- Develop and optimize Workflows and Flows using Flow Designer.
- Configure and maintain Scheduled Jobs and System Scripts, ensuring efficient automations.
- Analyze, configure and maintain core ServiceNow components such as ACLs, UI Policies, tables and views.
- Ensure the security, performance and governance of developed solutions.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).
- Knowledge of integrations via REST API (creation and consumption).
- Experience with Script Includes, Client Scripts and Business Rules.
- Experience with Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of Scheduled Jobs and System Scripts.
- Basic knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ACLs, UI Policies, tables and views.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
