About the role
- Design and validate cross-system architectures, ensuring adherence to best practices and corporate standards.
- Serve as the technical focal point for integration between critical platforms (CRM, ITSM, Billing).
- Produce technical documentation (diagrams, flows, specifications) to support development and integration.
- Support development and operations teams in implementing the architected solutions.
- Perform impact analysis and propose solutions for integrating new systems.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the proposed solutions.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to align on technical matters and architectural evolution.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of systems architecture, preferably in telecommunications environments.
- Experience defining standards, governance, and integration for complex systems.
- Knowledge in modeling scalable solutions, high availability, and security.
