About the role
- Participate in weekly and daily meetings to track the status of features and integrations;
- Draft weekly release communications and coordinate approvals with Product Owners and Product Managers;
- Prepare and update release materials (presentations, release notes and executive summaries) in SharePoint;
- Recreate scenarios in the test environment (MQA Salesforce) to document changes, capture screenshots and produce user-friendly explanations;
- Facilitate the review and approval of release notes with Business Analysts and Product Owners;
- Translate technical and business stories into clear, visual documentation for end users;
- Monitor changes to stories during the release cycle and keep materials up to date
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple deadlines and deliverables;
- Experience in data analysis and in drafting technical and functional materials;
- Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams;
- Proficiency with SharePoint and the Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms;
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and change management practices;
- Experience communicating releases and coordinating projects in a software development environment;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe).
