Elicitation and technical analysis of complex client requirements and translating them into scalable data architectures
Designing and implementing modern database structures, data models, and highly available data pipelines
Automating and orchestrating workflows (CI/CD)

Actively shaping the development lifecycle in close coordination with clients and team members using agile methodologies

Requirements

Degree in a STEM field or comparable qualification with a strong technical focus
At least 2 years of solid professional experience in implementing data engineering use cases
In-depth knowledge of database modeling and implementation of ETL/ELT pipelines
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and confidence with at least one additional programming language — ideally Python
Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of big data frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a strong plus
Familiarity with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban)
