About the role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive search engine advertising strategies on Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic, maximize conversions, and optimize overall campaign performance.
  • Lead efforts to drive qualified site traffic, actively working towards achieving ROAS goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage SEA budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including content marketing, creative and tech to ensure integrated marketing campaigns and consistent messaging.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience developing and executing SEA strategies for an e commerce company.
  • A very good understanding of different attribution models and how to plan budgets according to the channel value in the conversion/click path.
  • Very good skills in product feed management and optimization.
  • Good understanding of how to use Google Ads script for campaign automation and optimization.
  • Skills in JavaScript is considered a plus.
  • Advanced user of Excel or Google sheets.
  • Skills in SQL or Python are highly desirable but not a must.
  • Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in other European languages is highly desirable.
