Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of labor procedural rules (summary and ordinary procedures)
- Awareness of peremptory deadlines under the CLT (Brazilian Consolidation of Labor Laws)
- Full operational proficiency in PJe (Electronic Judicial Process) system
- Ability to perform system maintenance
- Ability to read and dispute liquidation calculations (overtime, related effects, FGTS) to determine the actual risk/exposure of a case during the enforcement phase
- Time management for hearings, critical deadlines, and client meetings
- Resilience and emotional intelligence
