What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of labor procedural rules (summary and ordinary procedures)
Awareness of peremptory deadlines under the CLT (Brazilian Consolidation of Labor Laws)
Full operational proficiency in PJe (Electronic Judicial Process) system
Ability to perform system maintenance
Ability to read and dispute liquidation calculations (overtime, related effects, FGTS) to determine the actual risk/exposure of a case during the enforcement phase
Time management for hearings, critical deadlines, and client meetings
