About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with senior account leads to manage day-to-day activities
  • Ensure client’s objectives and strategic vision are being met
  • Oversee multiple projects for multiple clients from conception to completion
  • Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot problems, proposing solutions, offering client counsel
  • Contribute significantly to the research, planning, and development of campaigns
  • Understanding when to elevate problems to senior team members along with proposed solutions
  • Lead the development of core materials like media strategy, press releases, and social media content
  • Ensure quality control of all communications/content
  • Show a high level of responsiveness and communicate with clients clearly
  • Adapt communication style according to the audience
  • Motivate team members to collaborate to reach shared objectives
  • Convey ideas clearly and confidently in client meetings and presentations
  • Provide direct, complete and actionable positive and constructive feedback to others
  • Build program budgets, track finances, and create SOWs while ensuring resource alignment with client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 4 + years of experience within public relations/communications
  • healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, biology or a related field
  • Understanding of product communications, patient advocacy and the data/regulatory processes (e.g., clinical trial phases, FDA approvals)
  • Experience with MLR process , using systems such as Veeva, is preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • presentation skills and organizational skills
  • Curiosity and comfort with integrating AI into communications and workflows
