About the role
- Achieve a 15% quarterly ARPU increase by enhancing product value, retention, and engagement across existing subscription tiers.
- Build and optimize retention and engagement loops that deepen user satisfaction and extend subscription lifetime.
- Analyze user behavior, identify engagement gaps, and implement product improvements that increase perceived user value.
- Conduct day-to-day review of user sessions to identify friction points, drop-offs, and behavioral patterns that inform product decisions.
- Build and maintain Mixpanel dashboards and deliver regular performance reports on key product metrics, surfacing actionable insights for the team.
- Use AI tools - including Claude and other solutions - to independently generate functional prototypes and concepts that are directly considered for production.
- Use data, feedback, and research to identify opportunities. Generate, validate, and execute hypotheses quickly, taking full ownership from idea to production.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize experiments, and lead the end-to-end execution of A/B and multivariate tests.
- Lead the full cycle - from design and implementation to QA, data review, and final decision to scale or retire changes.
- Maintain exceptional UX standards; deliver only high-quality, high-impact improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management with proven results in ARPU, retention, or engagement growth.
- Hands-on and accountable from hypothesis to production; experienced in stakeholder management and delivery.
- Strong ability to extract insights from product data, user behavior, and feedback. Hands-on proficiency with Mixpanel - including building boards, funnels, cohorts, and custom reports.
- Actively uses Claude and other AI tools in daily work - for prototyping, analysis, writing, and problem-solving. This is not optional; it's how we work.
- Innovative thinker with experience designing retention mechanisms and engagement features, including AI-generated product concepts.
- Deep understanding of user lifecycle, retention psychology, and value-based growth.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering an excellent user experience.
- Proficient with analytics tools, cohort analysis, backlog management, and data-driven decision-making.
