About the role
- Lead complete product launch process and roadmap development, aligning features with revenue goals and user experience needs.
- Launch new subscription-based product from scratch and manage its continued growth and evolution over the long term.
- Focus on growth and conversion optimization to maximize post-launch ARPU with objective of 15% quarterly increase.
- Make critical UI/UX design decisions and drive high-converting user experiences.
- Own performance marketing optimization and analytics, tracking key metrics and providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Manage daily operations, coordinate cross-functional execution, and lead the team to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ relevant experience in building and scaling subscription-based product businesses, with a strong track record of ARPU improvement post-launch.
- Proven competency in launching innovative products and accelerating monetization right from market entry.
- Results-only mindset: relentlessly focused on delivering measurable revenue uplift.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize a product backlog, ensuring delivery with speed and accountability.
- Strong technical and UI/UX skills to independently drive monetization-focused enhancements.
- Skilled in leveraging analytics, CRO methodology, and A/B testing for continuous post-launch ARPU gains.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Located within approximately ±4 hours of CET (Central European Time) for collaboration and communication purposes.
