About the role
- Planning budgets, preparing forecasts and managing liquidity
- Analyzing costs, revenues and key performance indicators to support corporate management
- Preparing reports, short-term ad-hoc analyses and decision papers for executive management
- Early identification of opportunities and risks, analyzing variances and supporting the implementation of control measures
- Supporting investment decisions, evaluating projects and performing profitability calculations
- Defining KPIs, dashboards and early warning systems for management
- Continuously improving controlling processes and reporting tools
- Monitoring risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting internal control systems
- Close collaboration with tax advisors, auditors and internal departments
Requirements
- Commercial or business qualification with relevant further training, or equivalent
- Experience in controlling, finance or accounting
- Strong IT affinity and confident use of MS Office, with solid experience in Power BI
- Analytical skills, strong numerical affinity and a structured way of working
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good German and English skills; Russian language skills are an advantage
