About the role
- Lead the company’s growth and membership strategy to increase direct user engagement
- Report directly to the president
- Build, hire and mentor a high-performing growth and membership team
- Build and manage the full user lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization
- Define and track clear KPIs for user growth, engagement and monetization
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless, high-value user experience
Requirements
- 8+ years in growth, lifecycle marketing, or membership leadership roles
- Proven success driving audience growth and engagement for a consumer-facing product or media brand
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
- Strong grasp of data analytics, marketing automation, and user segmentation
- Background in digital products, apps, or subscription models is a strong asset
