About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise financial services clients on international tax planning and structuring
  • Review U.S. international reporting required for the above industries
  • Build and review tax modelling of clients’ tax scenarios including global intangible low-taxed Income (GILTI)
  • Work on multiple complex issues while communicating in a non-technical manner
  • Manage client engagements while maintaining active communication with clients
  • Assist with business development for the expansion of services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Requires one of the following: CPA or JD
  • Requires a minimum five (5) years of experience in Public Accounting with a focus in International Tax with a minimum of two (2) years in the financial services industry
  • Experience with International Tax compliance including, but not limited to Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 1118, 1042/1042-s, and Schedules K-2/K-3
  • Must have a working knowledge of inbound and outbound tax structuring and planning and compliance with respect to partnerships, foreign tax credits, worldwide tax minimization planning
  • Strong technical skills in accounting, tax preparation and review within the international taxation environment
