About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee workforce planning and scheduling processes across business lines
- Analyze utilization data, coordinate staffing across regions, and mentor scheduling staff
- Generate and review scheduling, utilization and forecasting reports for analysis
- Identify trends to proactively balance workloads while increasing utilization
- Monitor productivity, conflicts, leverage, availability, and non-charge hours
- Coordinate resources sharing regionally and nationally
- Facilitate scheduling meetings and ask clarifying questions for decisions
- Implement strategies incorporating regional and functional requirements
- Maintain workforce plan and collaborate on variances
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors or Associates Degree – Preferred or 8+ years of relevant scheduling experience
- Strong Microsoft office skills, specifically with Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, forecasting, problem solving and client service skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify complex patterns of risk, challenges and resolves issues
- Effective organization and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seek and implement change to drive business improvement; serve as a change agent
- Operates with a sense of urgency
- 5 -8 years of relevant scheduling/resource management experience or LOB/Solution Set
