About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing and develop solutions using Microsoft D365 CE functions and features
- Environment management including deploying solutions, applying updates and refreshing environments
- Troubleshooting business application and supporting infrastructure issues
- Providing client remote consulting, both functional and technical
- Understanding customer business requirements and communicate findings
- Learning new technologies
- Working with teams in the configuration of their Microsoft D365 CE system
- Managing issues and projects across multiple clients simultaneously
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Microsoft D365 CE and the Power Platform
- Strong understanding of core CRM functionalities, including Sales, Marketing (Customer Insights), and Customer Service/ Field Service
- Proficiency in utilizing Dynamics 365 configuration tools like the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (FSC/BC/GP)
- Knowledge of development tools like Visual Studio and Dynamics 365 SDK
- Understanding of web services and APIs for data exchange
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Proficient in; .NET (C#), Scripting (Java Script), SQL, Kingsway’s Soft / Scribe/ Boomi, SSRS (Fetch XML Based Reporting)
