About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide skilled and efficient support to select RSM leaders in calendar and schedule management
  • Execute travel arrangements and expense reimbursement
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Proofreading communications, compiling reports and other special projects
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly to-do lists

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five+ years relevant administrative support experience
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as necessary to meet deadlines
