About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide a variety of financial consulting services to clients
Technical Accounting and Accounting Support to business operations
Business process improvement and internal controls assessments
Advisory projects including organizational structure analysis and profitability analysis studies
Provide timely, high quality client service including coordinating the development and execution of the consulting work plan
Develop an understanding of the client's business and industry
Actively participate with engagement team and function as an in-charge and go-live lead
Identify performance improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

A BS/BA in Accounting
Minimum of 2+ years business experience or 2+ years in public accounting/consulting services (emphasis in the casino and hospitality accounting or operations a plus)
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Strong internal control skills and experience in developing and improving internal control systems
Strong technical and functional accounting experience in US GAAP and/or IFRS for public or private companies
Proven ability to manage staff on projects of varying sizes
Demonstrated leadership experience
Ability to travel approximately 75-80%.
