Key responsibilities & impact

Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team that focuses on delivering due diligence and tax structuring services
Identify and develop high value tax opportunities for our clients
Assist clients on a range of financial instrument and related M&A tax issues
Planning, managing and executing on advice engagements with limited supervision
Develop, motivate, and train team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited university
an active CPA license in the state of residence or primary office; an active Enrolled Agent (EA) license; or an active Attorney license
Minimum of six years of tax experience in public accounting
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to meet client service, quality, and performance expectations within applicable deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with firm personnel and clients
Effective project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously
