About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the procurement of hardware and software products for client engagements and sales opportunities
Ensuring hardware and software orders are accurate and aligned with client requirements, budgets, and delivery timelines
Communicating product availability, order status, and tracking information to internal stakeholders and clients
Developing and maintaining vendor relationships to identify pricing opportunities, promotions, and cost-saving solutions
Completing accurate asset entry and maintaining procurement records for purchased products
Processing orders and ensuring products are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner
Working with the Technology Solutions team on special pricing requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing preferred
1-3 years of purchasing experience
Product knowledge and overall understanding of procurement
Basic understanding of computers and computer systems
Ability to work within a team atmosphere
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management and organization skills
