About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and sustain knowledge management strategies for Assurance professionals
Collaborate with Assurance leadership and national office teams to ensure guidance and tools are current
Oversee the lifecycle of assurance knowledge assets
Partner with subject matter experts to convert tacit knowledge into reusable content
Lead the development of junior team members or extended contributor networks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)
Advanced experience using SharePoint Online, Classic and Modern (required)
Intermediate experience using Microsoft Forms or equivalent (required)
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate and BI) (preferred)
Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and DNS (preferred)
Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AvePoint tyGraph or equivalent (preferred)
Experience operating in regulated environments with strong governance expectations
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and influence across teams without direct authority
Strong understanding of assurance processes, risk, and quality considerations
Ability to translate complex guidance into clear, usable content
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinker with strong execution and follow-through
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building new capabilities from the ground up
Data-informed decision maker with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience supporting large, distributed professional populations
