Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and assist in the development of domestic and global compensation programs
- Participate in salary survey participation, annual compensation benchmarking
- Maintain salary structures, job market pricing and evaluation
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the compensation strategy

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to prepare presentation, including charts, graphics, and tables as required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas and large data sets)
- Demonstrated data collection, analytic and data reporting/presentation skills
