About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads multiple concurrent accounting advisory engagements
- Applies advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and complex accounting concepts to advise clients
- Oversees preparation and review of technical accounting analyses and position papers
- Manages engagement economics, staffing models, and resource deployment
- Anticipates client needs and addresses complex issues
- Collaborates with audit, tax, deal, and other advisory teams
- Develops and mentors managers and senior team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 9+ years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting standards
- Experience leading multiple complex engagements and managing teams
- CPA or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Experience supporting capital markets transactions or complex accounting consultations (preferred)
