Key responsibilities & impact

The Senior Business Analyst independently leads requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design to ensure business needs are met with effective, scalable solutions
Work closely with stakeholders, facilitates workshops, mentors junior analysts
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions
Apply proficiency with BI tools and data analysis methods to evaluate business performance and recommend improvements
Support testing by reviewing test cases, validating requirements, and assisting with defect resolution
Contribute to the improvement of business analysis methods, templates, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, or related roles
Requires experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to analyze and present data insights
Working knowledge of data analysis tools and query languages (e.g., SQL)
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with secure SDLC (SSDLC) practices
Ability to work with stakeholders to balance competing priorities and reach consensus
Professional certification (e.g., IIBA CCBA, Agile BA) preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or related field
