About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions.
Lead and direct analysis activities for high-priority projects.
Work with business leaders, system users, outside vendors and other digital teams to improve technology use.
Participate in product road mapping and backlog management.
Lead requirements elicitation sessions and document user stories.
Plan, document, and execute user acceptance testing scenarios.
Provide process and product support individually and through collaboration.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Experience with Workday Financials
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
Ability to analyze and document backend system information such as data mapping and microservice components
Knowledge of defect tracking processes and tools
Minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience working in a development environment
Strong knowledge of product design and user experience design concepts
Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability
Good communication skills both written and spoken
Ability to prioritize across many projects and deadlines
Strong attention to detail, motivation, and initiative
