Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field and at least 5-6 years of related work experience
Management consulting, operations, investment banking, private equity or Strategy / corporate development experience
Experience directing engagements and managing cross-functional projects
Experience leading & managing teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong quantitative & analytical skills
Experience in identifying and quantifying value
Understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics
Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills
