About the role
- support the execution of training-related business initiatives
- work closely with key stakeholders in implementing complex learning programs
- project management, creating/executing project plans for program development
- launch courses in the learning management system
- on-site execution of in-person programs
- responsible for the integrity of data in various tools
- preparing status reports and updates communications
- assist others through the development and implementation process for each training program
- coordinate with various departments and resources within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Project management certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio (required)
- Experience with SharePoint (required)
- Strong project management skills (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills (required)
- Strong analytical skills (required)
- Strong organization skills (required)
- Ability to respond and be adaptable to changing priorities (required)
- Facilitation/presentation skills (preferred)
- Two to three years of client service experience in (or supporting) Assurance, Tax or Consulting (preferred)
- Practical knowledge of training implementation and employee development (required)
- Managing projects and stakeholders (required)
