About the role
- Coordinate intake of new sales opportunities, ensuring complete and accurate scoping information is collected.
- Partner with directors and partners to prepare pricing, Statements of Work (SOWs), and proposal materials.
- Track pipeline opportunities, monitor key metrics, and highlight risks or bottlenecks for leadership visibility.
- Support the setup and tracking of offensive cybersecurity and incident response engagements, including project creation, consultant assignment, and documentation.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Develop and maintain standardized documentation, playbooks, and workflows to improve consistency and efficiency across the practice.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or operations support, ideally within cybersecurity, IT, or professional services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly understand cybersecurity and incident response service offerings.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing client-facing documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management or workflow tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
