About the role
- Performs financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring and divesting businesses
- Participates in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management
- Prepares detailed financial and analytical analyses to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions
- Uses various software tools as designated by the firm
- Interacts with other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit and other consulting practices
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, ideally with a major in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an Audit or Transaction Advisory practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% locally and nationally
