About the role

  • Work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements
  • Collaborate with technical and business resources to design and plan release cycles
  • Conduct and report on user experience performance and implement improvements
  • Research, track, and report on business and technological trends
  • Participate in strategic and leadership planning activities
  • Lead requirements elicitation sessions
  • Document user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Develop wireframes and working prototypes for software solutions
  • Collaborate with accessibility team to ensure standards are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined business analysis and UX experience
  • Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Strong knowledge in MS SharePoint, MS Copilot, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents/Power BI)
  • Ability to analyze and document backend system information such as data mapping and microservice components
  • Strong knowledge of basic and advanced business analysis techniques and strategies
  • Strong knowledge of product design and user experience design concepts
  • Strong knowledge of the Agile Framework with a focus in Scrum, Scaled Agile, and Kanban methodologies
  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail, motivation, and initiative.
