About the role
- Oversee client projects by reviewing tax analysis, data entry, and tax research
- Work hands-on in a variety of industries and areas, including executive compensation and fringe benefits
- Drive project steps, deliverables, timelines, and firm-approved methodologies
- Participate in calls with various client stakeholders and their advisors
- Assist with researching, analyzing, and consulting on issues specific to employee benefits and compensation
Requirements
- Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- One of the following active accreditations: licensed CPA in state of practice if eligible; if not CPA eligible, licensed attorney or Enrolled Agent
- Minimum of 5 years of tax experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with good time management and organization skills
- Ability to perform essential job functions including meeting client service and performance goals
- Demonstrates project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Travel to assigned client locations is required
