About the role
- Support project-based delivery of technology solutions for the firm’s Global Financial Crimes (GFC) division.
- Focus on initiatives such as transaction monitoring, customer activity reviews, and scenario optimization.
- Partner with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into technology requirements.
- Develop requirements and design documentation under Agile/SCRUM practices.
- Perform data analysis to support development activities and business decisions.
- Define and oversee data quality controls for financial crime applications.
- Contribute to testing efforts to validate and approve solutions.
- Collaborate with global FCT/NFRT teams and assist in preparing platform documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with exposure to AML/financial crimes projects.
- Strong SQL (DB2) skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Actimize/ACTONE platform. (Desired)
- Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). (Desired)
- Scrum certification preferred. (Desired)
