About the role

  • Support project-based delivery of technology solutions for the firm’s Global Financial Crimes (GFC) division.
  • Focus on initiatives such as transaction monitoring, customer activity reviews, and scenario optimization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into technology requirements.
  • Develop requirements and design documentation under Agile/SCRUM practices.
  • Perform data analysis to support development activities and business decisions.
  • Define and oversee data quality controls for financial crime applications.
  • Contribute to testing efforts to validate and approve solutions.
  • Collaborate with global FCT/NFRT teams and assist in preparing platform documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with exposure to AML/financial crimes projects.
  • Strong SQL (DB2) skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Actimize/ACTONE platform. (Desired)
  • Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). (Desired)
  • Scrum certification preferred. (Desired)
