Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions
Lead and direct analysis activities for high-priority projects
Work with business leaders, system users, outside vendors and other digital teams
Participate in product road mapping
Lead requirements elicitation sessions
Document user stories and acceptance criteria
Execute and complete assigned project tasks to provide quality plans, reports, and other deliverables

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Experience with Workday Financials
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
Ability to analyze and document backend system information such as data mapping and microservice components
Knowledge of defect tracking processes and tools
Minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience working in a development environment
