About the role

  • The Assurance Business Analyst will collaborate with the Sr. Technical Product Owner, the BA team, subject matter experts, and appropriate stakeholders to support the product vision.\n
  • They will be responsible for reviewing scope, refining business requirements, and supporting the delivery team throughout scheduled releases.\n
  • They will serve as a key point of contact for both business and technology teams.\n
  • Agile Business Analysis – include requirements elicitation, documentation, and socialization of functional requirements; lead requirements elicitation sessions; create user stories and acceptance criteria; document diagrams and data mapping; maintain relationships with Audit line of business and tech SMEs; support change control; monitor product progress.\n
  • QA/UAT – participate in test case design; collaborate with scrum teams; provide support to audit methodology group and center of excellence for UAT.\n
  • Product Owner Support – support product vision; liaise between business and technology; assist with vendor relationships; review release backlog; participate in Scrum.\n
  • End User Support – support BA team with critical issues and escalations.\n
  • Education/Certifications: BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent; technical skills including MS Office; Agile experience; Jira/Azure DevOps.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience in Audit or Business Analysis
  • Experience working with 3rd party and vendor relationships
  • Proven experience in operational business process improvement
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with culturally diverse, cross functional audiences across all levels of the organization
  • Strong knowledge of the Agile Framework, Scrum and Scaled Agile
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability
  • Preferred Azure DevOps or Jira experience
