About the role
- Architecting and driving the QA capability within the Digital Solutions group
- Leading and evolving the quality assurance discipline within the firm’s organization
- Ensuring QA teams operate with excellence in an Agile SAFe environment
- Delivering scalable testing practices, automation-driven validation, and accelerated value realization across digital initiatives
- Creating a comprehensive talent strategy for each discipline
- Building and maintaining QA competency frameworks and targeted training programs
- Integrating QA practices into Agile and SAFe delivery models, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows
- Establishing and evolving coding standards, design principles, and best practices
- Serving as a key liaison between capability leaders and portfolio teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in QA, automation, or related roles
- Minimum of 5 years of leading multi-level, cross-functional QA teams
- Deep expertise in defining and implementing enterprise-level QA strategies, standards, and operating procedures
- Understanding SDLC, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices
- Experience integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows
- Strong grasp of automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
- Experience supporting QA for both complex custom builds and low-code/no-code platforms
