About the role
- Lead and deliver regulatory compliance internal audits
- Execute model validation activities against BSA/AML and OFAC models
- Assess risks related to model design, data, output, and governance
- Contribute to strong client relationships through positive support
- Participate in ongoing training programs on BSA/AML regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of AML, Regulatory Compliance and/or Model Validation experience
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
- Familiarity with Actimize, FIS Prime, or Verafin systems
- CAMS, CFE, ACFCS certifications preferred
