Help Business Applications teams build, harden, and ship AI capabilities—copilots, agent workflows, and intelligent automations—into production across Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and adjacent line‑of‑business systems.
Focus on last‑mile engineering: secure integrations, CI/CD, test & release, telemetry, and runbook operations so that pilots become reliable, supportable products for clients.
Collaborate closely with solution architects, app consultants, and data engineers to translate designs into operational, governed AI solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IS or equivalent experience
Fundamentals in Azure or Power Platform; comfort with Git and basic CI/CD
Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL; scripting in Python or TypeScript/C#
Familiarity with LLM concepts (prompt design, grounding, evaluation) and software delivery lifecycle (Agile/sprints)
Strong written/verbal communication in a client‑facing consulting environment
Knowledge of Responsible AI practices and data protection (Purview/DLP) in enterprise environments (nice to have)
Experience developing AI agents using Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and Declarative Agents (nice to have)
Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Adaptive Cards, and Custom Connectors (nice to have)
Familiarity with Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps (nice to have)
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar programming languages (nice to have)
Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) (nice to have)
Experience with Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and collaboration (nice to have)
Working knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments (nice to have)
Ability to craft effective prompts and natural-language responses for AI agents (nice to have)
Strong written communication skills for authoring clear tool instructions and system messages (nice to have)
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or NetSuite (nice to have)
Experience translating business requirements into modular AI workflows and scalable solutions (nice to have)
