About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for requesting, organizing, and verifying the monthly accounting document checklist, ensuring all required documents have been received;
Complete, classify, and submit spreadsheets of other income for low-complexity companies (under supervision);
Classify, enter, and perform account reconciliation for bank transactions (under supervision);
Verify and reconcile tax integrations for low-complexity companies (under supervision);
Verify and reconcile payroll integrations for low-complexity companies (under supervision);
Verify and reconcile fixed asset integrations (under supervision);
Prepare a tracking spreadsheet for verification and reconciliation of appropriation accounts related to insurance, IPTU (property tax), and IPVA (vehicle tax) for lower-complexity companies (under supervision);
Reconcile customer accounts, customer advances, supplier accounts, and supplier advances for low-complexity companies (under supervision);
Set up opening balances for low-complexity companies (under supervision);
Request assistance from the analyst during work to ensure a high-quality result;
Update Onvio Processos according to the schedule suggested by the responsible analyst.
