About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee multiple related projects, understand interdependencies, assist with project prioritization and connect dots.
  • Establish governance frameworks, steering committee processes, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes, including vendor negotiations.
  • Mentor and lead and coordinate, multi-disciplinary teams (IT, Finance, HR, etc.); foster and manage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Maintain clear communication with executive leadership, sponsors, and end-users; report progress, issues, and risks to senior management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in full cycle Infor implementations, with proven success in large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with finance, supply chain and HR business processes
  • Proficiency with Project Management Software tools
