About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee multiple related projects, understand interdependencies, assist with project prioritization and connect dots.
Establish governance frameworks, steering committee processes, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes, including vendor negotiations.
Mentor and lead and coordinate, multi-disciplinary teams (IT, Finance, HR, etc.); foster and manage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Maintain clear communication with executive leadership, sponsors, and end-users; report progress, issues, and risks to senior management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in full cycle Infor implementations, with proven success in large-scale projects
Familiarity with finance, supply chain and HR business processes
Proficiency with Project Management Software tools
