About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Sprint Review, and Retrospective), ensuring events are highly effective and teams continuously improve
Act as a servant leader, supporting multidisciplinary teams in adopting agile practices and developing autonomy and high performance
Identify, prioritize, and remove complex impediments that may impact deliveries, promoting effective solutions in collaboration with involved areas
Partner with Product Owners, managers, and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, proper backlog prioritization, and continuous delivery of business value
Monitor and analyze agile metrics such as Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Burndown, and Flow Metrics, using indicators to drive process improvements
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and increase delivery predictability
Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams, spreading best practices, an agile culture, and a continuous improvement mindset
Facilitate conflict resolution, promote collaboration between teams, and strengthen communication between technical and business areas
Support agile transformation initiatives, contributing to the organization’s maturity growth and adoption of scaled frameworks when applicable
Collaborate on the definition of strategies, agile governance, and the evolution of organizational processes, acting as a change agent.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Master, or in other agility-related roles, working with multiple teams and complex projects
Strong mastery of the Scrum framework and broad experience with agile methodologies and practices such as Kanban, Lean, XP, and flow management
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Advanced knowledge of agile metrics, indicator analysis, and continuous process improvement
Experience in agile transformation environments and working with different organizational levels
Experience facilitating workshops, training, conflict resolution, and developing high-performance teams
Excellent communication, systems thinking, influencing skills, and the ability to lead organizational change
Preferred: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Agility, Digital Transformation, or related areas
Agile certifications such as PSM II, PSM III, CSP-SM, CSM, A-CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist are desirable.
