Key responsibilities & impact

Define project scope, schedule, resources, and budget;
Plan and lead kickoff, progress, and closing meetings;
Manage risks and changes throughout the project lifecycle;
Monitor KPIs and prepare executive status reports;
Act as a bridge between technical and business areas;
Ensure the team is aligned with the company's strategic objectives;
Negotiate deadlines and priorities with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Planning and control of scope, time, cost, quality, risk, resources, and communications in accordance with PMBOK guidelines.
Preparation and tracking of schedules, including the use of Gantt charts.
Risk management and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
Planning of project deliveries and milestones.
Creation and management of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
Definition, monitoring, and analysis of project KPIs.
Application of EVM (Earned Value Management) for earned value analysis.
Development of dashboards and executive reports.
Ability to measure ROI, payback, and project feasibility.
Preferred qualifications: PMP (Project Management Professional – PMI), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), CSM (Certified Scrum Master – Scrum Alliance).
